solar heated swimming pool, sun terrace and garden. Villa Verano is located in the very popular but quiet residential area of
Playa Burgado, 200m from a
beach and 2km from the town centre.
Car hire is not essential but is recommended - cost is from £70 to
£150 per week depending upon size, air-conditioning, insurance etc. The nearest shops are at Playa Flamingo(Flamingo Beach) which is 3-4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many
features to attract those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good
fish restaurants which usually host the catch of the day. From Playa
Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is only 11km
by ferry - ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main
harbour.
The front is populated with a number of beaches, including Playa Dorada, Papagayo (one of the best on the island) and
Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to
the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the
front feature a wonderful sea view - ideal for couples and
families.
